Newsletter

Once a month we publish a newsletter containing:

  • Training priorities for the month based on the stgae during season.
  • Tips and tricks
  • News of events
  • Updated member offers

Forum Membership

Ask questions on any Triathlon subject an get answers from those who've been there , done it and got the T-shirt. Sections on:

Seasonal Training Programme

There are distinct phases to training, starting with:

  • Endurance and Strength - Generally done from November through January
  • Building Power - Feb & March
  • Developing Race Speed - April through September
  • Recovery - October

Each month we give you 4 Training Sessions for each discipline and 4 related such things as Transitions and "bricks".

You have access to both Novice and Intermediate sessions and each come with guidance on adapting them to your chosen distance - sprint, olympic, half and Ironman.

Personalized Training Programme

When you join you will have a one to one meeting with Dave Savage where you will discuss your goals, your current state of training and personal life - how much time you have available for training, other personal commitments and such like.

Dave will then develop a training programme tailored to you and your race plans.

You will feed back your training results, discuss them with Dave and he will modify your training programme as you progress to ensure you really can be Your Best.

We are working on developing a fully integrated solution that works with smart devices that record your training activity and others stats in real time and  feed them back to us to make it possible to give you a training programme that is taylored in the way only top professionals can access at the moment.
